As our careers evolved, Chris founded Shoreline Property Services, LLC in 2012 to address property maintenance and renovation needs for commercial and residential clients, while our shared passion for property management remained strong.
When the opportunity arose to acquire an association management company, we embraced it as more than a business move—it was the fulfillment of a long-held dream. Carol is a Florida licensed CAM and active member of the North Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), holding the CMCA and AMS designations. She is an experienced professional with extensive experience in property management. Her leadership roles have included management and oversight of Timeshares, HOAs and Hi-rise Condominium communities, and served as a Regional Director, overseeing numerous properties, and responsible for supervision, training and development of teams across the region. Well respected in the local community, Carol is known for her strong networking skills and her commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships. In her current role, she leads all aspects of association management operations, ensuring excellence and professionalism in every detail.
Chris is a proud military veteran, having served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. In 2012, he founded Shoreline Property Services LLC, a company dedicated to providing high-quality property maintenance services. With over 30 years of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, Chris brings deep expertise and hands-on knowledge to every project. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients, including association management firms, residential and vacation rental property managers, commercial businesses, and individual homeowners. In his current role, Chris oversees all aspects of property maintenance, including the supervision of maintenance and cleaning staff, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors. Chris will oversee all maintenance operations.
Maria is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida. As a multifaceted attorney with dedication to delivering comprehensive legal advice, Maria’s knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of Florida law and her experience as in house counsel to a major timeshare company make her a valuable addition to the team.
Lorie is a Florida licensed CAM holding the CMCA designation. She started her career in the hotel industry as a manager and internal auditor and has many years of experience as a manager of condominium and HOAs. She is the former owner and CEO of Blue Skies Association Management. With her expertise in Florida association bookkeeping and reporting, Lorie will oversee all association financial operations.
